1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FieldVouch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including company admins, managers, and surveyors.
2. Description of service
FieldVouch is a field survey documentation platform that enables companies to create survey templates, assign jobs to surveyors, collect GPS-stamped photos, and review submissions. Features include AI photo validation, a template marketplace, and push notifications.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a registered business to use FieldVouch. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your team members comply with these terms
4. Acceptable use
You may not use FieldVouch to:
- Upload illegal, fraudulent, or misleading survey data
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Use the platform to harass, stalk, or harm individuals
5. Template marketplace
A template marketplace is planned for a future release. When available, sellers must ensure they have the right to list templates they submit. By submitting a template, you grant FieldVouch a non-exclusive licence to distribute it through the marketplace.
Sellers will receive 70% of the sale price for paid templates. FieldVouch will retain 30% as a platform fee.
FieldVouch reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be charged to UK businesses at the prevailing rate.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of survey data, photos, and personal information is governed by our
Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all survey data you upload.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldVouch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time via the account settings page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
